David Resto, Jr. Ph.D, a USAF Veteran, has an extensive background in contract management and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Chapter Development Specialist at the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) since April 2019, David Resto actively supports Chapter leadership and engages in member retention strategies. Previous positions include Program Lead/Trainer at EnvoyHealth and Financial Account Specialist at National Datacare Corp, where effective customer service and problem resolution were key responsibilities. David Resto holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in Theological and Ministerial Studies, and possesses proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
