John G. (Jack) Horan currently serves as General Counsel for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and has held this position since 2008. Additionally, Jack Horan is a Partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP since April 2018, and an Adjunct Professor of Government Contract Law at both Georgetown University Law Center and The Catholic University of America since January 2018 and January 2010, respectively.
