Lance Shealy is a seasoned Project Manager currently employed at KC Construction Services, LLC since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Construction Manager and Construction Manager at Megatel Homes from January 2022 to October 2023, and as Project Manager at Alcosa Flooring & Construction from July 2021 to May 2022. Lance also held the position of Outside Sales Specialist at Nebraska Furniture Mart from January 2019 to May 2022, overseeing the sales and installation coordination of various hard surface flooring products. Earlier in career, Lance was a Project Manager/Installer at Old Fashion Floor Store from November 2012 to January 2019. Educationally, Lance attended Collin College from 2012 to 2014, and holds a high school diploma from Aubrey High School, as well as attendance at John H. Guyer High School between 2008 and 2010.
