Jennifer Wagner is a Senior Attorney at the National Consumer Law Center, where Jennifer focuses on advancing the rights of low-income and marginalized consumers through class and impact litigation. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at organizations such as the Shriver Center on Poverty Law, Mountain State Justice, The Appraisal Foundation, and US Courts. Jennifer holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and an A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard University.
