Francesca Isabella Towers is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in project management, training coordination, and the arts. Currently serving as Assistant Project Manager and Training Coordinator at the National Conflict Resolution Center since October 2022, Francesca also previously owned Fresca Bella Studios from January 2022 to October 2024. Francesca's career includes roles as an Acquisition Specialist at BMW Encinitas, a Hostess at Blue Water Grill, a Wood Shop Assistant at UC Santa Barbara, and a Gallery Intern at the same institution. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of California Santa Barbara, completing the degree in 2019 after graduating from Carlsbad High School in 2016.
