Novandra Allen has extensive experience in analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Analytics at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited since October 2018, where responsibilities include marketing, sales, customer journey, and intelligent interfaces. Prior roles at NCB include Senior Analytics Lead, Advanced Analytics Specialist, and Data Analyst, as well as a Data Analyst Intern position. Novandra's earlier experience includes a Research Intern role at the Jamaica Business Development Corporation in 2017. Academic qualifications include a BSc. in Actuarial Science from The University of the West Indies, Mona, obtained in 2018, and an Associate Degree from St. Andrew High School for Girls, completed in 2015.
