Michelle Plummer serves as the Manager of Talent Management at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) since June 2015, previously holding the role of Quality Assurance Manager and starting their career as a Management Trainee at NCB from October 2003 to August 2005. Prior experience includes working as an International Business Officer at The Victoria Mutual Building Society in mid-2003. Michelle’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/International Business from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and various certifications such as The Ultimate Modern Leader from Arbinger Institute India Pvt. Ltd. and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
