Jewel Angus, MSc, MCP, PMP, PMI-ACP, currently serves as Manager - IT Performance & Demand Management and Project Manager at the National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited since 2015. With expertise as a Senior Project Lead and Agile Practitioner, Jewel has successfully implemented innovative solutions, notably reducing loan processing times from 3 days to 30 minutes while leading agile and traditional project methodologies, including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards projects. Prior experience includes roles as a University Lecturer at the University of Technology, Jamaica, and the University College of the Caribbean, as well as experience in real estate sales, MIS management at Jamaica Co-Op Credit Union League, and senior systems analysis at the Heart Trust National Training Agency. Jewel holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies from The University of the West Indies, along with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education & Training.
