Caitlyn Maddox is currently the Group Services & Operations Manager at the National Civil Rights Museum. Caitlyn has experience in various roles such as Senior Group Sales & Operations Coordinator, Interpretation & Education Specialist, and Tour Guide. Prior to their current role, Caitlyn worked as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon and as a Media and Curatorial Assistant at Rowan Oak. Caitlyn has also been a Lead Art Instructor at Galileo Learning and a Media Intern at the Center for the Study of Southern Culture. Caitlyn holds a Master of Arts in Southern Studies from the University of Mississippi and Bachelor's degrees in Social Studies Education and History from Mississippi State University.
