Gina Grabau serves as the Campus Director and Assistant Executive Director at National Church Residences since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading daily facility operations and ensuring resource effectiveness in alignment with organizational mission and budgetary performance. Previously, Gina held the position of Business Office Manager at National Church Residences from 2016 to 2021, focusing on financial viability and human resources compliance. Gina also led Inniswood Village as Interim Executive Director during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, adapting to new regulations. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, providing support to senior executives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Design and Urban Horticulture from Colorado State University.
