Johanna Weech is a Program Associate at the National Center for State Courts. Johanna has previous experience working as an International Trade Paralegal, Research Assistant, and Administrative Assistant. Johanna has a passion for human rights and has interned with La Comisión Provincial por la Memoria and The National Security Archive. Johanna is fluent in Spanish and English.

Johanna Weech received a Bachelor of Arts from William & Mary in International Relations and Johanna'spanic Studies. Johanna also attended Universidad Nacional de La Plata's Facultad de Humanidades, and Costa Rican Language Academy. Johanna received their Advanced High School Diploma from James Madison High School.
