Dr. Najd Alosaimi currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at the National Center for Non-Profit Sector since June 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Alosaimi worked at SDAIA as the Manager of Portfolios from February 2022 to August 2023, and held several managerial positions at the Capital Market Authority from November 2016 to February 2022, including Manager of Applications Development, Manager of Production Services, and Program Manager. Previous experience includes a role as a Researcher in a confidential organization from August 2015 to October 2016 and as an Instructor at Princess Nora University from August 2013 to August 2016, where course preparation and teaching were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes a trainee position focused on .NET Development in a confidential organization from May 2012 to July 2012. Dr. Alosaimi holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from King Saud University, a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Prince Sultan University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from King Saud University.
