Michelle Parkerson assists in the hiring and onboarding of new employees. She helps employees with their annual open enrollment of benefits. Michelle also contributes to the overall HR infrastructure as well as helping NCFL maintain compliance. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
