Cathy Tysinger is an experienced Database Manager currently working at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights since July 2023. Previously, Cathy held the role of Database Manager and Development Associate at The Florida Holocaust Museum and served as Data Management and Communications Specialist at Levine Museum of the New South. Freelance writing experience spans from September 2004 to the present, with contributions to various local and national publications such as The Herald-Sun, NPR, and Adoption Today. Earlier roles include Accounting Assistant at Carolinas Aviation Museum and writing positions at University City Magazine, Asian Fortune News, and WiseGEEK.com. Cathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
