Aaron Widerman is an accomplished marine professional with extensive experience in maritime operations and management. Currently serving as a Marine Surveyor at the National Cargo Bureau since August 2017, Aaron also holds the position of Master at APL Maritime, Ltd since March 2016. Previous roles include Dynamic Positioning Operator and Assistant Dynamic Positioning Operator at Vantage Drilling, where responsibilities involved operating advanced DP systems and managing drilling support operations. Aaron began maritime career at the International Organization of Masters, Mates, & Pilots as Second and Third Officer, and further developed expertise as Assistant Operations Manager at Moran Towing Corporation, focusing on invoicing and customer relations. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College, earned in 2003.
