Shawn Gannon is a professional with extensive experience in well-being, workforce strategy, and employee benefits management. Currently serving as the Manager of Well-being & Workforce Strategy Institute and Leave Optimization Forum at Business Group on Health since April 2022, Shawn previously held the position of Senior Account Manager at Lockton Companies from January 2019 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Health and Benefits Analyst and Associate at Mercer, along with significant leadership experience as a Student Manager at Xavier University. Education includes a BSBA in Strategic Human Resources Management & Management, complemented by a Peace Studies minor from Xavier University, and an earlier graduation with honors from Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart.
