Samson Mhlanga is an experienced Senior ICT Network Administrator at National Building Society since May 2021, specializing in data center infrastructure configuration, optimization, monitoring, and patch management. Prior to this role, Samson worked at ZOL Zimbabwe as a Customer Service Representative Agent, providing technical support and configuring network devices. Experience also includes serving as a Regional ICT Officer at Zimbabwe Posts Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included Cisco router and switch configurations, network troubleshooting, and support during earlier roles. Samson holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Midlands State University and has completed foundational education at various institutions, culminating at St. Dominic's High School.
