Keneth Byayesu is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in financial sector analysis and consumer protection. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in the Market Conduct Supervision Department at the National Bank of Rwanda since September 2021, Keneth previously held roles at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning as an Investment Specialist and Policy Analyst focused on capital markets from January 2014 to October 2021. Additionally, Keneth gained internship experience as an IFC-Milken Institute Fellow at Vista Equity Partners in early 2017. Educational qualifications include a Capital Markets Program from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from the University of Rwanda.
