Réjean Després has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial industry. Réjean started their career in 2000 with BMO Harris Private Banking, where they held various roles including Investment Sales Manager, Regional Director of Sales, and Market Manager. Réjean then joined BMO Wealth Management as Vice President and Market Manager before moving to National Bank of Canada as Vice President, Personal and Commercial Banking for Atlantic Canada. Currently, Réjean holds the position of Vice-président du CA at Réseau de Santé Vitalité and also serves as a Board Member at the Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport.
Réjean Després completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Université de Moncton, from the year 1989 to 1993. Following that, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Dalhousie University to obtain an MBA with a specialization in Financial Services.
