Annie Leduc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and systems engineering. Currently serving as an Analyste Principal Applicatif Voix at Banque Nationale du Canada since June 2024, Annie previously worked as a Customer Success Team Manager at New Era Technology from May 2022 to June 2024. Prior to that, Annie held roles such as Senior Solutions Engineer at IR and Technical Architect - IT at Bell, where responsibilities included the research and implementation of emerging technologies, system design, testing, and user training.
