Yvonne Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and digital transformation. Currently serving as Vice President and Change Lead at OCBC Bank since March 2013, Yvonne drives organizational transformation and efficiency through innovative methodologies such as agile, design thinking, and data analytics. Previously at HSBC from July 2005 to February 2013, Yvonne held multiple positions including AVP of Digital Marketing, where management of a significant online sales campaign budget led to a remarkable increase in credit card application leads. Yvonne's background also includes leading projects in digital banking, overseeing customer care operations, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
