Clayton Joseph Mifsud is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Principal Auditor at the National Audit Office Malta since October 2013, after previously holding the role of Senior Auditor. Prior to this, Clayton worked as an Accountant at FACT group from July 2007 to September 2013, providing services related to the financial services industry, including accounting, corporate support, taxation, and auditing. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the University of Malta, attained between 2002 and 2007, and a Diploma in International Public Sector Accounting Standards from CIPFA, completed in 2018. Education prior to university was completed at St. Aloysius' College from 1995 to 2002.
