Yuefeng Fan has a diverse work experience with a focus on research and evaluation. They are currently serving as the Director of Research and Evaluation at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies since March 2021. Prior to this, Yuefeng worked as a Research and Evaluation Specialist at the same organization from July 2017 to March 2021. They also worked as a self-employed Evaluation and Research Consultant from October 2014 to July 2017. Yuefeng's earlier experience includes working as an Empowerment Evaluator at the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence from April 2011 to November 2011.
Yuefeng Fan began their education at Soochow University in China, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from 1998 to 2002. Yuefeng then pursued further studies at Soochow University, completing a Master's degree in Law from 2002 to 2005. Yuefeng then decided to expand their academic horizons and joined Bowling Green State University in 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in Criminal Justice in 2006. Their pursuit of knowledge continued as they enrolled as a Ph.D. student at the University of Cincinnati from 2006 to 2008. During this time, their focus of study was Criminal Justice.
