Carole Kaptur, SHRM-SCP, HCS has extensive work experience in various industries. Carole is currently serving as the Director of HR Outreach at the National Association of REALTORS® since June 2018. Prior to this role, they worked as a Consultant specializing in workplace investigations, conflict resolution, performance coaching, and career coaching from 2017 to 2018.

In 2017, Carole served as the Director of Human Resources at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In this position, they were responsible for nationwide initiatives and daily HR operations for a non-profit educational institution with 1,200 employees spread across multiple states.

From 2010 to 2017, Carole worked as the Assistant Director of Employee Relations & Organization Development at Florida Gulf Coast University. Carole'sresponsibilities included handling employee relations, organization development, and implementing large-scale organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Prior to this, Carole worked as a Trainer at Lee County from 2007 to 2010, designing and delivering training programs for a diverse workforce. Carole also has experience as a Realtor at ReMax Realty Team, where they received the President's Award for outstanding performance.

Carole's early career includes roles at Lee Hecht Harrison, where they worked as a Consultant/Coach, and at Motorola in various managerial positions. At Motorola, they were responsible for leadership and organization effectiveness initiatives, strategic sourcing and staffing, and career planning and development.

Throughout their career, Carole has demonstrated expertise in HR functions, conflict resolution, coaching, and organizational development.

Carole Kaptur, SHRM-SCP, HCS holds an M.S. in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in English from the University of Illinois Chicago. Carole has obtained additional certifications including The Five Coaching Conversations from Avion Consulting, Inc., Human Capital Strategist (HCS) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), Leadership Circle Leadership Profile and Culture Survey from Full Circle Group, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis from Management Research Group, and the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Carole also has knowledge and experience with DiSC and Myers-Briggs assessments, although the institutions from which they obtained these certifications are not specified.
