Diane Gardner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Mastermind IP Law P.C. since June 2004, Diane provides a broad range of contract legal services across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, automotive, and technology, with expertise in patent, trademark, and copyright law. In addition to this role, Diane serves as Vice President of the National Association of Patent Practitioners, participating in strategic discussions and governance. Diane's prior roles include associate positions at law firms Paul Hastings and Fish & Richardson, and managing the intellectual property department at Molecular BioSystems, Inc. with earlier experience as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO. Diane holds a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, along with academic credentials from Stony Brook University and UC San Diego.
