Juan David Jaramillo Piamba is a dedicated medical professional with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a surgical assistant at Clínica Colombia ES since September 2022, Juan David also holds positions as an instructor for the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians and the American Heart Association, teaching PHTLS, BLS, and ACLS courses. Previously, Juan David was involved as a sub-investigator in pediatric infectious disease research at CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS EN INFECTOLOGIA PEDIATRICA, contributing to multiple vaccine development projects against COVID-19 and other viruses. Other notable roles include providing patient care in emergency and outpatient settings at ESE Norte 3 and E.S.E Hospital San Antonio, as well as serving as a medical instructor at Salamandra Centro Internacional de Entrenamiento. Juan David obtained a medical degree from Universidad ICESI and has continued education in epidemiology at Fundación Universitaria del Area Andina.
