Joaquin Susmozas Sanchez

Instructor De Cursos Emergency Pediatric Care at National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians

Joaquin Susmozas Sanchez is an experienced medical professional specializing in pediatrics and neonatal care. Currently serving as an Instructor for Emergency Pediatric Care with the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians since February 2021 and as Vice President of Unidad Docente Multiprofesional de Pediatría Región de Murcia since November 2020, Joaquin also coordinates pediatric emergency services at HGU Santa Lucía and leads the Grupo Murciano de Atención al Trauma Pediátrico. Since 2008, Joaquin has been part of the Servicio Murciano de Salud, providing critical pediatric transport support and instruction in neonatal and pediatric transport. Additionally, Joaquin has been actively instructing in Pediatric and Neonatal CPR since 2007 across various medical platforms. Prior clinical experience includes roles as a neonatologist at H.U. Virgen de la Arrixaca and a pediatrician at H.U. Santa Lucia. Education includes a degree in Medicine and Surgery from Universidad de Murcia and specialized training in pediatric trauma and CPR.
