Kim joined NACo staff in January 2018 and serves as the director of membership. Kim is responsible for creating and implementing data-driven strategies and programs that contribute to membership engagement, retention and membership growth.
Previously, Kim spent a large part of her career in Chester County, Pa. where she served as vice president for the CC Chamber, started an Innovation Zone at the CC Economic Development Council, was president of the CC Historical Society and served as executive director of CC Futures helping low-income youth obtain a post-secondary education. She holds a bachelorās degree in communication from the University of Maryland.
