Roxanne Fox currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) since July 2023. Prior to this role, Roxanne held various positions at Helicopter Association International from February 2006 to June 2023, including Chief of Staff & Corporate Secretary, Vice President of Corporate Affairs & Corporate Secretary, and Vice President of Human Resources & Administrative Services. Earlier career experience includes a role as Hearings Specialist at Health Management Associates from December 2004 to February 2006. Roxanne holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Sweet Briar College.
