Andre Persaud currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of UNFI Retail, overseeing a $3.5 billion multi-banner supermarket business. Prior to this role, Andre held various leadership positions, including Interim Chief Operating Officer at a $2 billion retail client under Alvarez & Marsal, Chief Retail Officer at Rite Aid, and Executive Consultant at Wakefern Food Corp. With a strong background in retail management and transformation, Andre has contributed to boards such as the National Association of Chain Drug Stores and Profitect Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University at Buffalo Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
