Nhi Nguyen has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Nhi is currently working as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at the National Apartment Association, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Digital Media Manager at the same company from 2018 to 2023.

Before joining the National Apartment Association, Nhi co-founded Jubbie Loungewear, a family-owned fashion start-up, in 2009. As the Co-founder and Creative Director, they were responsible for developing marketing strategies, controlling sales promotions, and building distinct brand identities. Nhi also managed the company's online presence through social media and their website.

Nhi's previous experiences include working as an Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications at George Mason University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Marketing Advertising Coordinator at Bluepoint Medical Associates from 2011 to 2016. In this role, they assisted the marketing manager with coordinating marketing activities, managed social media execution, and established business relationships to improve patient satisfaction and increase referrals.

Nhi's earliest work experience was as an Orientation Leader at the Office of International Program at James Madison University in 2010.

Nhi Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from James Madison University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they achieved certification as a Certified eMarketing Associate (CeMA) from the eMarketing Association in May 2011.
