Jagoda Ille currently serves as a Library Advisor for International Cooperation and Senior Librarian at the National and University Library in Zagreb since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jagoda held positions at Zagreb City Libraries from October 2007 to February 2023, including Head of the Medvescak Public Library and reference librarian. Additionally, Jagoda contributed to Hrvatsko Knjiznicarsko Drustvo as a member of the Commission for Information Technology from 1998 to 2014, and completed a brief tenure as an international fellow at Queens Borough Public Library in 2003. Educational qualifications include a BA in Russian Language and Literature and Information Science from Filozofski fakultet Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, obtained between 1988 and 1996, along with foundational education from Centar za jezično obrazovanje in Zagreb from 1984 to 1988.
