Sarah Bal, CAE, serves as the Director of Education at the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization since February 2021, focusing on overseeing joint medical accreditation and expanding the association's capacity to award medical credits across a broader range of disciplines. Previously, Sarah held various roles at the Club Management Association of America from July 2009 to February 2021, including Director of Virtual Education and Research, where the emphasis was on online learning and talent development for member managers. Other positions included Director of Research and Industry Resources, managing corporate website content and conducting needs assessments, and Manager of Informational Resources, responsible for subscription sales and database management. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in International Hospitality & Tourism Management and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism Management, both from the University of South Carolina.
