Krishnaswamy R Ramana has over four decades of extensive experience in academia and the engineering industry, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the National Academy of Construction since July 2016, overseeing Post Graduate Studies. Previously, Krishnaswamy R held the position of Dean at the National Institute of Construction Management and Research, where responsibilities included classroom teaching, training, policy research, and consultancy in the construction and real estate sectors. Their earlier career includes roles as Principal Consultant for the ENGMAG-TECCONS Group, a Mechanical Engineering Expert at the National Petrochemical Company, and various engineering positions at the Saline Water Conversion Corporation and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. Ramana holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management Science from Krishna University, along with an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
