John Cao serves as the Regional Director for Under the Lights Flag Football in the Greater Houston Area since January 2018, overseeing youth flag football league operations across various localities. Additionally, John holds the position of Area Captain for the National Academy of Athletics and operates TSS Photography, specializing in youth sports photography, since June 2023. As a restaurant owner and partner at Caobao Hot Steamy Buns, John offers Asian Fusion Bao Buns in Houston. John holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Houston.
