Lucy Johnson

Marketing Communications Executive at Natio

Lucy Johnson has held a number of roles in the communications and journalism industries. Lucy began their career in 2015 as a Journalist at The Great Southern Star, where they successfully completed their first year of a Journalist Cadetship with the Country Press Association. Her responsibilities included attending weekly meetings and pitching editorial concepts to the editor and chief. In 2018, they held two positions simultaneously, one as a Journalist at Gunnamatta Media and the other as a Public Relations Coordinator at Swatch Group, where they worked across two diverse luxury brands and was responsible for actioning campaigns initiated by Swatch Group HQ and producing local and original content for both digital and print editorial. In 2020, they joined H&M as a Communications Project Responsible AUNZ, and is currently employed as a Marketing Communications Executive at Natio, a role they have held since 2022.

Lucy Johnson completed a Diploma in Entertainment Journalism from Collarts (Australian College of the Arts) in 2017. Lucy also completed a Bachelor of Arts/ Global Studies in Literature, Art History and Visual Arts from Australian Catholic University between 2014 and 2017. In 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) in Journalism from RMIT University. Additionally, they were part of the Kwong Lee Dow Scholars Program.
