Joanna Pejo began their work experience in 2009 as a Consultant/Psychologist at Grupa HRC S.A., a recruitment company. Joanna worked there until 2012 and gained valuable experience in executive search and labor law issues.

In 2012, Joanna joined NATEK, where they held various roles. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on supporting candidates in building their international careers. In this role, they sought out talented individuals passionate about their work.

In 2014, Joanna became the Sourcing Team Leader at NATEK, overseeing the sourcing department and implementing strategies and procedures. Joanna also collaborated with the marketing department on employer branding.

From 2015 to 2017, Joanna served as the Sourcing and Operation Team Leader, responsible for supporting colleagues and collaborating with customers and IT employees in central Poland.

In 2017, Joanna transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition and EB Manager, where they managed talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.

In 2018, Joanna was promoted to the position of Head of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Employer Branding, further expanding their responsibilities in these areas.

Finally, in 2019, Joanna was appointed as the Head of HR and Recruitment at NATEK, showcasing their expertise in HR management and recruitment.

Joanna Pejo completed their undergraduate studies at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from 2004 to 2009. Joanna then pursued further education by enrolling in postgraduate studies at various institutions. In 2008, they briefly attended Charles University, where they focused on Psychology. Subsequently, in 2009, they pursued another postgraduate program at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, specializing in Psychology. During the same year, they also enrolled in postgraduate studies at Kozminski University/Kozminski Business School, focusing on Employee Competence Management. Lastly, in 2013, they participated in postgraduate studies at AGH University of Science and Technology, specializing in Employer Branding.
