Agnieszka Olszowiak Radaszewska has work experience in the field of IT recruitment and financial services. Agnieszka began their career at Inchcape Polska in 2016 as a Senior Financial Products Advisor, where they worked until April 2021. Agnieszka then joined Nationale-Nederlanden Polska as a Financial Services Advisor from May 2021 to December 2021. Currently, they are working at NATEK as an IT Researcher since January 2022 and has also taken on the role of Junior IT Recruiter from January 2023.

Agnieszka Olszowiak Radaszewska pursued their undergraduate education from 2013 to 2016 at the University of Wroclaw. Agnieszka earned a Licencjat (Lic.) degree with a major in Filologia Angielska.
