Rashel Mamun has extensive work experience in leadership and management roles. From 2008 to the present, they have served as the Managing Director at NATco. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they worked at Avery Dennison as the Manager-Sales & Marketing.

Rashel Mamun completed an MBA in International Marketing from IBA, Dhaka University between 2000 and 2002.
