Nancy Makarek-Baez currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Global Sales at Natco Home Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Nancy held significant positions at The Home Depot as DMM for Soft Surfaces, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar flooring and ceiling business with direct P&L responsibility from January 2021 to January 2024. Nancy's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of Sales for Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh from November 2011 to April 2020, where responsibilities spanned both domestic and international markets. In earlier roles, Nancy contributed as Director of Sales at SPANX and in various positions at Macy's, culminating in a Division VP role in Planning & Distribution. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Fashion Merchandising from Ohio University.
