Pragya has held a number of roles in the past seven years. In 2013, they were a Summer Trainee at Tata Steel. In 2014, they were a Management Trainee at Redington Gulf. From 2015 to 2018, Pragya worked at Vodafone, first as a VBS Marketing Manager (Acquisition), then as a Key Account Manager. During their time at Vodafone, they drove postpaid acquisition for the enterprise segment, worked on commercials and pricing to maximize Gross Acquisition and realized revenue of ~52Cr INR, and was responsible for New Product Development, configuration, launch and Pricing strategies. Pragya was awarded as Best Marketer for VBS and Vodafone Star for running successful marketing campaigns in acquisition. In 2018, Pragya joined Kohler Co. as a Global Product Marketing Manager and Channel Marketing Manager. Currently, they are an Associate Director - Product Marketing & Strategy at Nat Habit.
Pragya obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow between 2008 and 2012. Pragya then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, which they completed in 2014. Additionally, they have obtained a "Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing" certification from LinkedIn in April 2020, and an EXCEL Telecom Professional Certification from Ericsson.
