Ray Silcox serves as the Architect Team Lead at the State of Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) since August 2013, with responsibilities including the definition of architectural standards and troubleshooting issues related to architectural changes, performance, or design flaws within the TIERS systems. Prior to this role, Ray Silcox worked as a Pre/Post Sales Engineer at Nastel Technologies starting in September 2012 and held the position of System Engineer III at Dell from August 1999 to February 2012, where Ray contributed to software development. Ray Silcox earned a degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake between 1980 and 1984.
