Lorinda Bauer began their work experience in 1998 at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, where they held a role until 2010. In 2010, they joined Nassau Health Care Corporation as the Sr Clinical Director of Cardiology.

Lorinda Bauer has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from LIU Post. Lorinda also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Hofstra University.
