Prior to this role, Thomas held various leadership positions at Phoenix Life Insurance Company, including EVP of Product & Operations and COO. With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Thomas has a strong background in product development, operations, and strategic transactions. Thomas is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, holding a B.S. and M.B.A in Math and Management.
