Karina Stepanian is a highly skilled Senior Packaging Designer at Nassau Candy Distributors, Inc., with extensive experience in packaging and graphic design across various companies. Previously, Karina served as a Packaging & Graphic Designer at Tweezerman International, where responsibilities included creating marketing materials, developing brand collateral for product launches, and participating in photoshoots. As the Founder of Keedem Designs, Karina managed all business aspects while designing and selling handmade jewelry. Additional experience includes roles at Colgate-Palmolive, JxL Creative, and various internships focused on packaging design and marketing. Karina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Packaging Design and an Associate’s Degree in Communication Design Foundation from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
