Imran Saleem is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer at Nasmyth since July 2023, Imran is proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues for group sites, while playing a key role in the implementation of a new ticketing system. Previously, at the University of Warwick, Imran excelled as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst, leading Windows 10 rollout projects and managing support for a wide range of operating systems and applications. With experience at notable firms including Wates Group, Bloomberg LP, and Penta, Imran has developed expertise in server management, network support, and user assistance, supported by a Master’s degree in Internet Technology from Aston University and a Bachelor's degree in Software Design and Networks from Birmingham City University.
