Teresa Corlew, APR, serves as the Vice President & Chief Customer Care Officer at Nashville Electric Service, one of the largest public electric utilities in the United States, where responsibilities include overseeing Corporate Communications and Customer Relations, as well as managing the call center, customer lobby, tellers, and credit and collections. With a tenure at Nashville Electric Service since 2006, Teresa contributes to an organization with approximately $1.2 billion in revenues and over 350,000 customers. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Lipscomb University and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Tennessee State University.
