Chaitanya Lakkaraju is a Semiconductor Application Engineer at Nash Technologies since October 2022, with prior experience as a Junior Test Engineer at RoodMicrotec N.V. from January 2019 to August 2022, and a Developer for Hardware and Software at Opto 4L GmbH in early 2017. In 2015, Chaitanya completed a Master Thesis at Infineon Technologies focused on the interaction between front-end technology parameters and mechanical dicing, and also worked as a student in the Pre-assembly R&D Department. Earlier experiences at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) included research assistant roles characterizing mechanical properties of wafers and comparing heating techniques in material processing. Chaitanya holds a Master's Degree in Sensor Systems Technology from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from R.V.R & J.C College of Engineering, India.
