Letitia "Tisha" Webber SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CFAA-HR is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Nash Plumbing & Mechanical since December 2021, Letitia consults with operations leaders to provide HR solutions that align with business needs, managing a team responsible for employee relations, training, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Prior to this, Letitia held the position of Director of Human Resources at Winco Mfg., LLC, overseeing HR functions for over 150 employees while being part of the senior leadership team. Letitia's experience also includes managing human resources and call center operations at Senture, LLC, and working as a generalist at ClosetMaid and DB Schenker, where oversight included supporting thousands of employees across multiple locations. Letitia's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
