Ramona Ioana Grad PhD, LPC (TX, GA), NCC is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Tyler since August 2019 and a member of the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology. Prior experience includes roles at Georgia State University as an instructor, co-instructor, and clinical supervisor from August 2015 to May 2019, and a doctoral intern at Mercer University from August 2017 to May 2018, where Ramona provided counseling and trauma-informed care training. Additional internships include providing trauma treatment at Ridgeview Institute and counseling services at Mercer University. Ramona operated as a psychologist in private practice from 2004 to 2013, delivering psychotherapy and assessments. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Counselor Education and Practice and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University, alongside a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University.
